I'm not a person who creates music myself, 'but': I have recently interviewed/ambushed a musician on Newgrounds on the topic of "Do you know any good tutorials I could link from my playlist*?" And they had 'this' to say:

"Newgrounds is a community of people who are eager to help each other out. If you find someone whose music really clicks with you, Newgrounds makes it easy to reach out to them for feedback or general advice. So long as you're polite and respectful, people are often happy to help out an aspiring musician."

So the NG forums, NG Chat, or a certain Discord that may or may not exist may be good places for you to ask some of your peers for help about this.

From the sounds of it, it's at least 'possible' that you might be on a "plateau" right now. In that case you might be able to take something away from looking into SourCherryJack's 'Overcoming Art Block':

And lastly, @ADR3-N's 'Monthly Producer Freebie Mag' might also be helpful in a more general sense:

I hope you'll get to enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Music is not to be forced, you always make your best when you’re not under the pressure. Though I’m guessing you’re actually wanting to get better, but that can’t be forced. I adore others who want to experiment, and from what I’ve heard so far, you make good shit! It’s ok to take breaks, and as @Yatsufusa states, “So the NG forums, NG Chat, or a certain Discord that may or may not exist may be good places for you to ask some of your peers for help about this”, there’s no shame in asking for advice, I do it all the time! If it means you get better, and you actually want to get better and better, then yeah, it’s worth it. Never over work yourself either, that’s a recipe for disaster. I hope you keep going man, keep it up!
